Prices & Offers

Kids and guests:

• • • Children from 0 to 2 years stay free (if they sleep in the bed with their parents)
    • Rental for bed with canvas sides is € 10,00 (for the entire stay).
    • Children from 2 to 10 years receive a 30% discount.
    • Prices are per person including VAT.

Animals:

• • • Pets are allowed in the rooms.
      
    • At the time of booking it has to be communicated their presence and a small fee is required for their stay.
      
    • In the common areas and in the outdoors animals can be free only if they are not aggressive towards people and the other animals in the farm (cats, dogs, donkeys, horses, geese).
    • If they are let free, their owners must always checking on them, for their safety and for cleaning their droppings.
      
    • Is not allowed for the animals to climb on beds and armchairs, and is not allowed to use bed linens and towels for their use (grooming, bedding and other).

Extra services:

• • • Animals: extra charge based on the number of animals, size and lenght of stay.
    • Extra linens change: € 10,00
    • Activities with donkeys and horses will be agreed separately.
    • Massage

Arrival and departures times:

• • • Departure: not later than 10 a.m
      
    • Arrival: from 3 p.m
      
    • Departures and arrivals in advance involve the entire payment of the stay.
      

Cancellation:

The cancellation of the holiday within 7 days prior to arrival leads to the loss of the deposit; in the previous 15 days, the deposit will be considered as a deposit for another stay, to be used within 6 months from the date of the cancelled stay.

Bookings can be made only after payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay. The customer confirming the written reservation by email agrees to accept all the conditions of this regulation. On arrival the client must pay the remaining amount of the entire stay.
