Torre Morgana’s cooking is exclusively vegan and reserved for guests staying.
Breakfast includes various types of organic tea, coffee, organic barley and cocoa, organic rice and soy milk, biscuits, vegan biscuits, homemade bread, organic jams, rice flakes, oats, spelled and homemade vegan cakes.
Dinner is a set menu and includes a first course, main courses and side dishes, desserts, water, wine and coffee / herbal teas at the end of dinner.
Among the various courses pasta and homemade gnocchi, lasagna, risotto, savory pies, crepes, pies, vegetables in the oven, desserts, pies and pastries, all tasty, healthy but above all cruelty free.
We pay great attention to the raw materials and guarantee you a 100% vegan menu. The flours used are only wholemeal, of cereals grown in local farms, integral, organic, stone ground. The legumes, always organic, are local (bean of Trasimeno, cicerchie, lentils, beans, chickpeas …). Vegetables, fruit, oil, are born in our company and from organic farms in the area.
The wine is organic and vegan certified. Not everyone knows that in the wine, in many stages of production and processing, are used ingredients of animal origin (animal gelatine, albumin, isinglass, fertilizers based on waste meat processing). Our wine, as well as being certified organic, is guaranteed cruelty free. For our recipes we use fresh vegetables, so the menu is seasonal.
